At TweedleDeeBaby.com our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy we aren't happy. We will be happy to work with you until you are.
Simply contact us at help@tweedledeebaby.comfor your return authorization within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items may be returned for a refund issued to your original method of payment or we will be happy to offer an exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless the error was ours).
Please note: Custom made and personalized items are not returnable. Returns may be subject to a nominal restocking fee if returned.
Return items must be received back in the same condition in which they were shipped in new condition with all tags attached. Shipping costs associated with free or discounted shipping may apply to returned items. All sales are FINAL after 14 days of receipt.
Sales Tax:
